Welkom bij de theaterschool voor jongeren in Den Haag! Ontwikkel je skills in acteren, zang en/of dans. Werk samen aan toffe producties en laat jezelf zien! Ben je beginner of heb je al ervaring in theater of musical maken? Welkom!

Je werkt bij ons 10 maanden in een veilige omgeving aan een eigen theaterproductie, die op 5 juni 2026 2x zal worden gespeeld in het theater!

 

PROEFLES

PRODUCTIEGROEP THEATER

Je repeteert elke woensdag van 18.15-19.45 uur in het Koorenhuis in Den Haag.

 

MEERVOUD van LEF
Je werkt een jaar aan deze theaterproductie, waar je een eigen rol hebt! De voorstelling gaan we zelf maken, dus jouw inbreng is groot! Docent en regisseur is Thereza Kooijmans.

De titel en de inhoud van de voorstelling is geïnspireerd op het nummer 'Lef' van Karin Bloemen (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rv733Q9jX04)
Het gaat over het maken van keuzes als je jong bent en het lef te hebben om soms iets anders te kiezen dan wat 'de mensen'  willen. Dus bijvoorbeeld: ervoor gaan om acteur te worden terwijl iedereen zegt dat je daar geen geld mee kan verdienen. Durf de stap te nemen om je droom te volgen.
We hebben een basis verhaal bedacht, maar we willen vooral vanuit de spelers het verhaal echt vorm gaan geven. Dat betekent dat we ook de verhalen, wensen en dilemma's van de spelers zullen gaan gebruiken om het verhaal te vertellen. 
Daarnaast willen we de mogelijkheden, wensen en talenten van de spelers zelf, gaan gebruiken om een kwalitatief mooie voorstelling te maken. Dus daarom laten we vooralsnog open of er alleen geacteerd zal worden: als er een of meer spelers zijn die willen dansen in een choreografie bijvoorbeeld, of een nummer willen zingen, dan gaan we dat mogelijk maken. We hebben alle mogelijke docenten in huis om daar een succes van te maken. 
We denken met deze voorstelling niet alleen de struggles, vragen en wensen van de spelers zelf op een theatrale manier uit te diepen, maar straks ook het publiek een mooie spiegel voor te houden en de vraag te stellen: leef jij je leven echt ten volle? Heb jij het meervoud van lef?

 

KOSTEN

Het hele schooljaar (10 maanden) kost 47,90 per maand (jaarbetaling ook mogelijk, met korting).

Welcome to the theatre school for young people in the Hague. Develop your skills in acting, singing and/or dancing. Work together on cool productions and show yourself! Are you a beginner or do you already have experience in making theatre or musical? Welcome!

You will work with us for 10 months in a safe environment on your own theatre production, which will be played in the theatre on 5 June 2026!

THEATRE PRODUCTION GROUP

You rehearse every Wednesday from 6.15 PM to 7.45 PM in the Koorenhuis in The Hague.

 

PLURAL OF GUTS (Meervoud van Lef)

You will work on this theatre production for a year, in which you have your own role! We will make the performance ourselves, so your input is great! Teacher and director is Thereza Kooijmans.

The title and content is inspired by the dutch song 'LEF' (Guts) by Karin Bloemen (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rv733Q9jX04) It’s about making choices when you're young and having the courage to sometimes choose something different than what 'people' want. For example: going for it to become an actor while everyone says you can't make money with it. Dare to take the step to follow your dream.

We have come up with a basic story, but we mainly want to really shape the story from the players. That means that we will also use the stories, wishes and dilemmas of the players to tell the story.

In addition, we want to use the possibilities, wishes and talents of the players themselves to create a qualitatively beautiful performance. That is why we are leaving it open for the time being whether there will only be acting: if there are one or more players who want to dance in a choreography, for example, or want to sing a song, then we will make that possible. We have all possible teachers in-house to make it a success. With this performance we think we will not only explore the struggles, questions and wishes of the players themselves in a theatrical way, but we will also hold up a beautiful mirror to the audience and ask them the question: are you really living your life to the fullest? Do you have the plural of courage?
